Description
A two-colored cameo glass bottle-shaped vase (English, c. 1880) attributed to Thomas Webb and Sons. The tapered ovoid body of siena-colored glass is overlaid in white and cut with a profusion of birds perched among flowering branches. The tall, narrow neck of similar glass cut with an overlapping design of leaves.
