Description
A Victorian armchair (American, 19th century) with a curvilinear mahogany frame. The back, armrests, and seat are all upholstered in a deep red velvet with a braided trim along the edges. The armchair stands on four legs, the front two are cabriole and end in scroll feet raised on casters, the cylindrical rear legs are plain and slightly splayed.
