Description
A Rococo revival mirror (French, c. 1900) made of white-painted cast iron. The rectangular mirror plate is surrounded by an elaborate adjustable frame molded with roses, scrolling leaves, and shells. The mirror is held by arms in the shape of a lyre on a double C-scroll acanthus-form stand raised on four stylized leaf shaped feet. Original to The Elms.
