Description
A vase (American, c. 1890) produced by the Mount Washington Glass Company, New Bedford, Massachusetts. The vase has a long bottle neck and round body raised on a circular foot base. It is composed out of opaline glass and is painted with climbing cherry tree branches with blooming white flowers against a beige ground. The reverse lacks decoration. The underside has an indistinguishable hand applied mark.
