Untitled colored mezzotint of a young girl in a bonnet (American, mid-late 19th century) by James S. King (American, 1852-1925). The girl is depicted in left profile at bust length against a blue background, she wears a dark dress with a white cravat and a brown hat tied under her chin with blue ribbon. Written in script in pencil along the bottom is “Mezzotinted and printed in colors at one printing without retouching by James S. King.”
