Description
A lidded glass goblet (Austrian, 19th century) by J. & L. Lobmeyr, Vienna, Austria (founded 1823). The goblet has a narrow-tapered body, stands on a circular base, and has a removable cover with a tall finial. The exterior is painted with enamel decoration, painted on the front is a Renaissance knight dressed in a Swiss Red Cross tunic, he holds a shield and standard both emblazoned with the Hapsburg double headed eagle.
