Description
A green painted wicker side chair (American, late 19th century) made by the Wakefield Rattan Co., Wakefield, MA. The chair has a fan back with decorative scrolls, a round seat, and is raised on four legs, the front two of which are cabriole while the back two are splayed. The legs are connected by an X-stretcher, the knees of the front legs have decorative scrolls.
