Description
A PORCELAIN FIGURINE OF A BOY & PUSH CART (German, 19th century) by the Royal Porcelain Manufactory, Berlin (Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur). The figure of the boy wears a black top hat, blue waist coat, purple vest, white pants, black and orange boots and has a horn slung over one shoulder and a satchel over the other. He stands with a letter in one hand and reaches with the other for another letter from the satchel. He stands in front of a white push cart with pink trim and wheels. The base of the figurine is rectangular with a shaped projection. It is marked "K. P. M." on the underside in blue.
