Description
A SHALLOW STERLING SILVER BOWL (American, 20th century) by Gorham Manufacturing, Providence, RI. The bowl is decorated with a scalloped rim with foliate relief around the outside rim. The initials "MGK" (for Maud Gwendolen King, 1876-1968) are engraved on the inside rim. The bowl sits on a circular foot base, the underside is stamped with the Gorham Manufacturing mark of a picture of a lion, an anchor, and a "G", below this it reads "Sterling/A2294."
