Description
A GEORGE III STYLE TEA URN (American, early 20th century) by Howard & Co., New York. The body has foliate and beading decoration, with a curved handle on either side, the initials "MGK" (for Maud Gwendolen King, 1876-1968) are engraved at center, it has a removable spirit lamp, the urn is topped with a pineapple finial, and the base sits on four bun feet. The underside of the base is stamped with the maker's mark "Howard & Co."
