Description
Glass plate negative showing Vinland, an estate located on Ochre Point Avenue. It was originally built for Catharine Lorillard Wolfe by the architectural firm of Peabody and Stearns, and it was later purchased by Hamilton McKown Twombly and his wife. The house now belongs to Salve Regina University, and is called McAuley Hall.
