PORTRAIT OF MRS. CRAWFORD P. HILL (1903-1969), circa 1925, by Louis Mark, Hungarian, (1867-1942) and signed: "MARK" in the lower left corner. Nee Evelyn Loew, of New York and raised at the Newport residence "Stone Acre" on Bellevue and Ruggles Avenues, now demolished, Mrs. Crawford P. Hill was the grande dame of Denver Society. She is depicted full length, wearing a pale blue silk gown with a gauze shawl or veil.
