A women's black jacket, most likely silk. Comprised of a bell-shaped body with three-quarter length sleeves. Pleated panels at neckline, cuffs, and hem. Four rows of double pleats (horizontally-oriented) above hem. Decorative black tape at cuffs. Jacket fastens at center front with fabric buttons. At each closure, decorative rope is twisted intom a loop, which can be placed around each button.
