Cover and reverse is printed with illustrated scenes of Newport, including an image of the Old Stone Mill, a naval battleship, and a golfing scene. Interior has description of Newport as the "Crossroads of American Fashion, as well as an illustrated map of the city with significant points of interest. Eight loose pages of shoe selections are included; some items are listed as "Ration-Free".
