Black and brown cut velvet cocktail dress with cap sleeves and a straight skirt. Inner lining on top half of the dress closes with a zipper. Lingerie straps in the sleeves. It has a natural waist with a "v" button placket in the front and a button and hook and eye closure down the backs. The buttons are covered in velvet. The neckline is wide and slightly off the shoulder. Label on inside says "Jacques Fath, Paris, Made in France."
