Tapestry from 17th Century

A Regence style gilt wood sofa with a triple arched rectangular back upholstered in late 17th-century Brussels tapestry densely woven with birds, animals and baskets of fruit. The seat rail and cabriole legs are centered by scallop shells and carved with bell flowers. Scrolling toes. Back is covered with red fabric.
