Description
An important Chippendale carved mahogany card table with serpentine front and sides with outset square corners and a carved top border. When opened, table revealed a leather inset top with tooled gilt decoration. Frieze follows serpentine top and has a rope carved molded edge on stop fluted and bracketed legs. The back left leg swings out as a gate support exposing a secret drawer.
