A carte-de-visite depicting a members of the U.S. Navy, 1863. All men appear in uniform. A note on reverse suggests that the men were associated with the U.S.S. Marion; several names, including "Lent", "Pillsbury", "Sturdy", "Wilson", "Cowell", "Ackley Pierce...", and "Col. Utley" are listed on the reverse and on an envelope which housed the image (see notes).
