A large medallion at center is most likely a representation of the seal of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (see Latin inscription: "Ense petit placidam sub libertate quietem"). Other smaller medallions with flags attached can be seen throughout. A group of men and boys are seen standing in front of the store.
