An overhead photograph of Newport Harbor and Goat Island, most likely taken from the Sheraton-Islander Hotel during the Tall Ships Festival in 1976. A brick industrial building at foreground was part of the earlier U.S. Naval Torpedo Station facility. Spectators can be seen in grassy area just beyond the building. In the harbor is one large ship, as well as other boats.
