Image is part of Charles McKim's photographic portfolio of 17th and 18th century Newport architecture and scenes. Mat has a handwritten number "22" at bottom right corner. Reverse has a handwritten caption reading: "S41-1/Furniture owned by Mr. Mauran [sic]/From the Collection of Chas. F. McKim./Gift of his daughter".
