A photographic print depiciting storefronts on Broadway near Farewell Street. Visible businesses include E.A. Hassard & Co. Groceries, Donato Russo Tailoring, William B. Scott & Co. Hardware, and Arnold's Art Store. A man is sweeping the street at center; three women are walking on the sidewalk at left. Carriages with horses are visible at right. Image was printed by Brian C. Pelletier in 1973 on Agfa paper from an original Newport Daily News glass plate negative (see NDN 2003).
